KNUST Admission Requirements
To be eligible for admission to at KNUST, prospective students must meet the following requirements:
- WASSCE/SSSCE Applicants:
- Credit passes in core subjects: English Language, Mathematics, and Integrated Science.
- Credit passes in three elective subjects or its equivalent relevant to the chosen program with aggregate 24 or better (WASSCE A1-C6/SSSCE A-D).
- D7, E8, and F9 are not accepted.
- GENERAL BUSINESS CERTIFICATE (GB
- Holders who possess passes in three compulsory subjects including English Language and Mathematics and passes in any three elective subjects.
- INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS
- International Baccalaureate (IB) students applying to KNUST must have at least a grade 4 in three Higher Level (HL) subjects that are relevant to their chosen program, and at least a grade 5 in Chemistry for Health and Allied Sciences. For engineering programs, IB students must have at least a grade 5 in HL Mathematics.
