Request for a Certificate Replacement Form: Request and fill out the official certificate replacement form from the examining body. This form is essential for processing your request.

  1. Enter your surname
  2. Enter your other name
  3. Enter your email address
  4. Enter your phone number
  5. Enter your contact address
  6.  Enter your contact address

Examination Details

1. Enter your Index number

2. Collection centre

3. Select the type of Examination (WASSCE or BECE)

4. Enter the Examination year (2021)

5. Upload your passport photograph

6. Upload Identification Document (National Identification card, passport, Voter ID, Driver’s License)

7. Click submit and proceed to make payment.
