How to register KNUST Semester courses via Student Portal

Visit the KNUST student portal at https://apps.knust.edu.gh/students/ and log in with your username, password, and student ID.
Click on “COURSE REGISTRATION” to start registering for your semester courses.
The system will automatically select the compulsory courses for the current semester.
Select your department electives.
Click on the “Register” link next to your elective courses to add them to your registration.
Your registered electives will appear in a list on the right-hand side of your screen.
If you make a mistake, you can delete all of your registered courses by clicking on the “Delete All Registered Courses” button at the top right-hand corner of the screen.
Once you are happy with your registration, click on the “Save and Print Registration Slip” button to complete the registration process.
Click on the “Save and Print Registration Slip” button again to print your registration slip.

How to register KNUST Semester courses via KNUST AIM App

Open the AIM app and tap on the “Registration” icon.
Tap on the “Start Registration” button to enter edit mode.
Enter your 4-digit PIN code.
Tap on “Next” to proceed.
All compulsory courses will be selected by default. Tap “Next” to proceed.
If there are any electives, they will be displayed under three categories: Elective Set 1, Elective Set 2, and Elective Set 3. Select the required number of courses for each category by tapping on the course name and then “Next”.
If there are any trailed courses, they will be displayed under the “Trailed Courses” category. Select the courses you want to take by tapping on the course name and then “Next”.
On the “Review Selected Courses” screen, review your selected courses and make any changes as needed. Tap on “Save Registration” to save your selected courses and complete the registration process.
Once your registration is saved successfully, you will be presented with two options: “Download Registration Slip” and “Email Registration Slip”.
To download a copy of your registration slip, tap on “Download Registration Slip”. The slip will be downloaded in PDF format.
